 If you do cardio 5 days a week and eat 5 small meals a day why are you gaining weight?

I THINK IT WOULD BE RUNNING FOR A LONG TIME PERIOD BECAUSE IF YOU DO THET, YOU LOSE WEIGHT ON YOUR LEGS, AND STOMACH. JUST KEEP DOING IT UNTIL YOU WILL SEE MAJOR RESULTS.

Aeorobic exercises. Running is the best if you want to loose weight. But be sure to eat healthy too. That's equally important. You can't expect to get any results if you run 2 miles, and then go home and eat a bag of potato chips. Also, if you have excess fat around your stomach, do crunches.
