Eight out of ten breast cancers occur in women over the age of 50 so it is highly unlikely that it is breast cancer. However if you are worried about any changes to your body it's a good idea to see your doctor.
Here is some detailed info on breast cancer including the signs, symptoms causes and treatments: http://www.nowwhat.org.au/info/factsheets/breast-cancer

I'm astonished by the answer that states that 12 year olds can get breast cancer or that "anyone can" when that is not the case whatsoever. It's extremely uncommon in women under 35, and virtually unheard of in anyone under 25. When the age range for breast cancer is broken down by decade, under 20 isn't even included because the likelihood that someone that young could have it as strong as winning the lottery and the Super Bowl on the same day then getting struck by lightening.
No, you do not have breast cancer if you are 12 years old. It is very possible that you have uneven breasts as they are growing in at slightly different paces, or stretch marks. Lots of girls and women have totally non-cancerous "lumps" in their breasts too. It's nothing to be worried about.
