I was wandering what happens in the body when you have low blood sugar that causes the common symptoms?
So what causes weakness and what causes sweeting, please answer more scientifically if you can.
When I get dizzy my blood sugar gets low and if it gets to low I start to get tired. I have to eat sugar to make my blood sugar higher or I'll faint. I have type 1 diabetes.

when you have low blood sugar, the body will find another source of energy such as from the fat and protein. when the blood sugar levels become too low, u will become comatose. this is because unlike other cells in the body, the brain just get their energy from glucose. while cells like muscle can get their energy from fat or protein.
