Want to lose my water weight?
Im a pretty fit person in general. But havent been drinking enough water. I have a desk job right now and one of those big*ss jugs of water. How much is TOO much water when Im not excercising? Also - I know all about the hypohydria thing. But what do I hve to do to lose some of this water weight by next week?

You should down salt, Drink WATER A LOT!! If you want eliminate the water that you have, you must to give to your body more water for the body doing all their functions...And you must be constantly!! ALL DAYS!! That way you body get the message and eliminate "dirty water" in your body.. WATER IS LIFE!!

Drinking water is one of the keys to weight loss. Keeps you feeling full, good for your skin, flushes out your system. I drink 64 ounces at work and then another 24 ounces or so at home. Water intoxification generally applies to extreme atheletes who get the electrolytes so out of balance. It's rare, but happens. However, it is not applicable to the average water drinker. So enjoy :-)
