i go outside and then get sick when i come back in?
the weather is colder. and idk if its my asthma or anxiety or what. I went for a walk 2 nights ago breathing was really weird and difficult. came back and i kept on feeling light headed and sick like throw up flew sick. Now that i got over that 2 days later. I went outside again for like 5 minutes. came inside and am feeling sick again. and breathing is very difficult. my heart pounds like crazy. and its hard getting up.
