Maybe, you have eaten something that causes allergy. Try to simply eat only fruits and vegetables. Also, as much as possible, drink 12-15 glasses of water per day so as to eliminate toxic substances, especially the one that causes itchiness. Try to do these for 3 months. Sure enough, everything will be fine.

Could be dry skin. Depending on where you live, the humidity level could have changed (decreased) recently leaving your skin a bit dryer. For the first few days, dry skin can "appear" quite normal (no flaking, ashiness, etc.) Left untreated, it will peel or flake away on its own.
For the itchiness, I recommend Curel lotion. Hope this helps, and best of luck. |
