| I don't want medication even though i'm sick? |
i just have a cold and everyone is tryign to make me take medication like advil. I really don't think i need it, it's a cold not the flu. But what will happen if i don't take advil or anything? can it be harmful? :P i really hate using medication if i believe i don't need it. i hardly take it.
well i'm not necessarily looking for anything to treat it. i dun do anything about it i just continue out my daily life like it dordn't exist unless i feel lightheaded and can't take it. Like whens its at its boiling point. :P idk if this will harm me or not? anyway ty for the treatments i just dont do anythign though :o |

Zinc sterilizes bad antibodies. Vitamin C raises immune system. Golden seal flushes everything out. Licorice root will get rid of any soar throat. Congestion means no dairy! low proteins and lots of water to flush every thing out of your system. This is what you need to stock you medicine cabinet up with along with aspirin for headache only. Ibuprofen for muscle aches. acetaminophen for fever. last but not leaste licorice root for a sore throat. Build a good medicine cabinet like me and you will never be sick. P.S. Zinc always needs to be taken with food! Licorice root can not be taken by diabetics. STOCK your cabinet. |

Advil or ibuprofen is to help control fever and mild pain. If you are doing okay and do not have a high fever, then you do not really need it. A cold or flu is viral, and if you are healthy, then your body will get rid of the cold or flu by itself (our immune systems work quite well). Bottom line, you are okay not to take it if you do not have a high fever. |
