You shouldn't get pain in your shoulder from a leg injury. Did you hurt your leg in a fall or an impact? Or did you fall after you hurt your leg? It's possible that the force that caused your leg injury also caused you to pull a muscle in your shoulder or back, or caused another injury to your shoulder that is causing the pain.
