I am asking this because someone i cared about died in a hospital and nobody even knew her lungs were filling with blood, i am just curious if anyone know what could cause that
Well, this could be a sign of a serious inflammation or internal bleeding symptom. You could have a genetic disease. But this is usually diagnosed at birth. See a doctor immediately. Or go to the E.R. This is probably a serious problem.
