Ok for like the last half a year I've bin waking up with this whitish stuff on my lips like its fungus or something. Its not too bad i can just wipe it away but my lips are always really dry and the top lip is kind of discolored on where the spit touches it. Ive tried a humidifier that didnt help. My lips also chap like everyday its really annoying also when i wash my face and my lips get wet theres like a big white line on my bottom lip that looks really bad, and only the middle spot on my top lip gets chapped. I also have lil white dots that are really hard to easy on my top lip theres more of them towards the side and less towards the midlle.
I do however have herpes symplex 1 but this dont seem like herpes and herpes shouldntgiv u chapped lips. Also if i start working hard or stressing my lip on the side get kind of red. And i do get some whitish spots inside of my mouth but i thought thats because of smoking.

Your signs and symptoms are indicative of a serious disease process. It would be good if you saw a doctor and discussed possible treatments. The sooner the better.
