StepsMethod One
- Take a cup of water.
- Add a few spoons of salt and then mix.
- Drink it but do not swallow.
- Swish around in your mouth before spitting out. Do this every day after you brush your teeth.

- Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
- Mix it with the water.
- Add the honey.
- Stir it all up.
- Drink it, making sure to swish it all throughout your mouth before you swallow.
Tips
- This drink should be taken every morning.
- Massaging the gums gently with coconut oil also helps.
- Massaging your gums gently with warm water and a soft toothbrush helps toughen them up. Tougher gums are less likely to bleed.
