The shape of my frames adds a touch of something to my face (apparently). I think with my hair certain ways, my they make me look dramatically older AND younger!!
And the fact I can read my music is a HUGE advantage of wearing them!! |

Yeah, compared to my contacts i do. i almost feel like they make me a little more tired? idk. my left contact always seems to be messed up so i think that's why i like the glasses better. ha. |

I don't know if I feel better (obviously I can see better!), but I do feel like a different person! I'm much more alert, and more extraverted. Also I think they make me feel more intelligent. |

The first thing I reach for every morning are my specs. I need them to focus on things especially close up - and I am quite happy to use them all the time. I did once try using contacts but that was too fiddley for me. |

I feel more sophisticated and feel others perceive me that way too. I like going both ways, with and without. Sometimes I'm in a more sporty or outdoorsy mood and feel like going without them, then sometimes I feel more intellectual or sophisticated, so I wear them. I might one day need to get contacts because I like to do a lot of outdoorsy things, just haven't been able to lately because of other things, and glasses are not my wise for me when I do outdoorsy things. I break cups on a semi-weekly basis so when it comes to glasses I might break them, too.
But I love glasses. Good to pick out to cute, smart guys. :) and for them to pick out me. :) |

Yeah, cuz I can see! And if you have eyestrain and get headaches, it's better to wear your glasses!! (Also, sometimes I feel like I'm hiding behind them!) |
