2 every 4 hours is the recommended safe dose, so even one more, before the end of the 4 hour period, is already an overdose. Paracetamol causes kidney and liver problems at surprisingly low levels, and if it doesn't kill you, they might, in a most agonizing way. Not worth the risk. |

It would be deadly or highly harmful to consume more than 100 grams of this medicine that is about 6 tablets iI beleive. Unlike other people I know that you do not think to harm yourself or anything and am just curious. I am curious too so i searched to find out. |

500mg/kg. the lethal dose is 500mg/kg. the common paracectamol tablets contain 500mg of paracectamol each.
so if your weight is 90 pounds, you shoul take like 300 tablets to die
but if u miss, u can really have bad injuries in your kidneys |

Taking too many paracetamol (from 15 upwards puts at risk) but generally doesn't kill you immediately. So answering 'how many paracetamol would kill u in 1 day?' its more likely you'd need to take at least 60-80 to die in 1 day. Most people take less, survive the initial overdose only to get liver failure which can take 2-3 days of bleeding & vomiting in a hospital bed before they die.
So accidentally overdosing with paracetamol is very hard to do & if you were thinking of overdosing, paracetamol really isn't a good choice. |

Stay well clear - it is an irrevesable and non survivable overdose - a slow and painful death.
Liver failure sets in and that is what you die of.
Pumping the stomach doesn't help your survival rate much.
Stick to the dosage on the packet.
If you are intent on suicide, choose a different route. |

The toxic levels and theraputic levels are very close because of the effects in has on the liver. It is reccomended that no more than 1000mg every 6hour can be taken and no more than 4000mg/day. |

You should take 2 at a time (500mg each), waiting at least 4 hours in between doses, and take no more than 8 tablets per day.
If you overdose it doesn't increase the effectiveness, it just damages your internal organs and causes horrible vomiting and sickness, and also death if you take too many. |

Surpringly few - but not in a day.
It makes your liver fail and after a point it can't be reversed so they just wait for you to die in agony over days. It very unpleasant - so don't take too many!
That's why you can't buy more than 32 at a time - that has been enough to kill some people. |

You shouldn't take more than 2 paracetamols every 4 hours.
So there are 12 you could take in a 24 hour period.
Theoretically, any more than 12 is considered as an overdose. |

you should have 4 paracetamol MAX in 1 day, and i mean nothing above 4. Even if it doesnt kill you a paracetamol overdose closes down you liver functions one by one, thats how you die by overdose, so having over 4 in a day would have some effect on your liver. |

Yeah, not many, and if you take too many and survive, it screws up your liver and kidneys. |
