because its just been the winter break and iver been staying up like 3am and waking up 12-3pm wich is really bad, i wondered if i should stay up all night one night and it will make me reallly tired for the next night and i can go to bed early? seeeming as i never get tired until like 3am :[, please help!

Problem is if you force yourself to stay awake... Your sleep deprivation could cause you to be in a mild Hallucinatory state.
I go through extreme periods of Insomnia (not sleeping) and then I crash out and suffer with Hypersomnia (excessive sleeping). Yours is probably Insomnia and doing what you suggested will not sort out the problem as you will stay up all night for 24 hours and end up sleeping then next morning and then staying up again. I know about this from personal experience.
I am on sleeping tablets. One I can recommend is a medication called Zolpidem.
Knocks you out in 20 minutes. Ask your Doctor. It is just a temporary solution that will mask the problem but not sort the underlying cause. Sleeping med's just give you the chance to sort out your Body Clock. If you don't feel that these are for you then try reading a book or listen to music before you go to bed. Having a hot chocolate or hot mug of milk can help drastically. Not Coffee or Tea.

Me and my friend tried this the other day...well it's 3.45 in the morning over here now :/ try to get yourself to bed early and get up even earlier. Also try to make a date of something you have to do so getting up and 7 is a must and you can't just roll over and go back to sleep. So by night time you'll be ready to sleep early so you can do it all over again.

Staying up all night is a good plan but you have to follow through. No going to bed at noon and waking up at like 9 pm cuz then you will be really screwed. I just went through the same thing. A better plan would be to drag your butt out of bed at 6:00 am with only three hours of sleep and by the end of the day you will want to go to bed at like 9.

That might be a good idea to regulate your sleep cycle again. It's how I get back into the right sleep cycle for school.
