Why am I waking up after 6 hours of sleep?
I'm 21, male. I used to sleep full 8 hours before but for several months, I'm waking up after 6 hours, and then I either go back to sleep or sometimes not and feel sleepy during the day. How can I get full 8 hours sleep without waking up?
Your internal clock is set for you to be up after 6 hours of sleep. If anything try to tire yourself out more than usual by doing more than you would normally do. The more tired you are the more you should sleep. I wouldn't suggest taking sleeping pills because of the risk of becoming addicted, but some people have done that until they get back to their usual schedule. It's always an option, I just wouldn't choose it as my first personally. Good luck. :)
