Over the past few years ive been miserable and it seems to be more now than before. I feel low and tired and incredibly sad. Most nights i seem to cry myself to sleep. But then im ok again and really happy. I talk more and make more jokes and laugh more and feel good about myself. But then i feel low again and feel like i dont wanna carry on anymore. Its really weird. One minute im all...well...hyper..kind of. Like incredibly happy and then im so miserable, its really getting to me. You probably thinking "get over yourself your just a moody teenager" but its getting to a point where its affecting my family and friends, college work and my job. I just wanted to know what could help me get out of this rut. I seem to be in and out of this rut all of the time. Please dont leave any nasty comments. Ill be really grateful if you can help me.
