Yes......
the stomach aches and diarrhea probably have a different source tho, depending on how yur scoliosis is and what the nerves and muscles are involved... if nothing else it can put extra stress on anything in your body... and maybe eventually throw offf you digestion or hormones...
I would say for the stomach and diarrhea, look to things that cause them, even food or gluten sensativities, which are common and undiagnosed, and for the rest of the pain , i would look up a TENS machine to apply to the pain usually found in spinal decompression centers ...or the only hand held one i know of at the dr ho site below.....

Not scoliosis but what causes scoliosis itself can be at work there. If you have scoliosis you have to have some tight muscles on one side of your spine to pull it that way and if you have tight muscles in that part you can also have them in other parts which is going to cause the other problems. Tight or pinched muscles in your lower back can have pains that get transferred out to the side, can put pressure on the nerves that go to the stomach and intestines which in turn make those body parts work in unnatural ways. Here is how to release your back muscles which should relieve you of almost everything you asked about:
Back:
Place your left hand on your left knee. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and with your fingertips find the muscle next to your spine. Press on it and hold. Relax, take a deep breath and exhale and don’t tense up any part of your body. After about 30 seconds there should be a release happening and when it does slowly lower yourself forward onto your right leg. If you can lean over the outside edge of your leg it will be better for your release. Continue holding for a total of one minute. Then release but rest your body there for one minute longer. Then reverse and do the right side. |
