I was infected by HBV (Hipatitise B) virus.?

Dear Friends, I have been infected by HBs Antigen since 8 months, during these months i am and i was on treatment, after 7 months of the treatment, I did a PCR Blood Diagnose test, which showed Hipatitis B DNA is not detected, I thought the reports might be incorrect, after a month I did both PCR Blood Diagnose test and SGPT test, the result for PCR test was the same (Hipatitis B DNA is not detected) and the result for SGPT liver test was 25 which is in normal range, after these two test, I did another Hipatitis B Surface Antigen test, it showed reactive (378.78), how can I permamently remove this virus from my body sooner, is it going to be removed from my body, since it shows negative in PCR test? How long will it take to be removed from my body permamently? Your help will be apprecated, please consult with an expert doctor and let me know friends.
