i have nice teeth. only my last back tooth is bad but that one nobody sees and ill pull it out eventually anyway. but other than that my teeth are great i never even used bracis. anyways go to NY and in manhatten there is a doctor spilstein working near broadway and he is the best and doesnt charge much. if he sees people really are desperate then he may even do wat u need for free because he is really the best dentist and very very nice. he is my dentist. i seen him do oral surgery on a man's teeth for free he didnt pay or anything and he said it was on him.

take out a loan to do this. home equity would be inexpensive, take out a personal loan with collateral and it will be inexpensive.

I have several ideas.
One is to contact your local SSD case worker. Find out if he or she knows of any dentists or oral surgeons in your area who are willing to help people in your situation.
Another is to contact your local social services run by your state government. You have a very special case, and if you explain everything to them, they might be able to refer you to someone who can help.
Also ask around about dentists in your area. I know several people who have been in similar situations and who have had the work done for free, or very nearly free, by doctors who choose, for personal reasons, to do some big work for free each year. My mother has implants, and her procedure cost a little bit more than what you have quoted, and her dentist did it for free because there was absolutely no way she could pay for it. She didn't even ask him to do it. He simply told her he was going to do it, that there would be no charge, and that she was not to argue with him.
Afterwards, he told her that most dentists and doctors he knows do cases like that every year. He personally considers it work he does "for the Lord" (his own words), and does it so he can give back to people, but since he said it is something others do, I bet there are dentists in your area, as well, who do the same thing. You just need to try and find them.
If there is a dental school in your area, you may ask them about it. I have a friend who has about $15,000 worth of work in her mouth, and she has probably only paid about $1500 for it. A lot of it is unusual work, and the dental school where she had it done was more than happy to do the work if she was willing to let them use her mouth to teach with :)
I wish you the best.

If you're near the border, try Mexico; you'd be surprised at the quality of care for the price. Otherwise, a dental school may be willing to help at a much reduced rate. No teeth is no fun.

Please contact your state dental association and ask about participating in "Donated Dental Services," which is a charity care program designed specifically for patients such as you who are financially compromised due to medical problems. Free care exists if you know how to ask for it. Unfortunately, D.D.S. does not operate in all areas of the country, but hopefully there will be an office near you.
Look in the Yellow Pages under "American Dental Association" and you will find your local listing or you can click on this link:
