might be an allery, try wet warm wach cloths on the eyes for about 10 min a nfew times a day and wash eyelids with a ild soap. get away any oil and make up left over from the day.

put playdoh in your eyes, it helps.

It could be allergies or a change in the weather. Try to take an antihistamine if you have allergies and use an eye drop especially for "allergy eyes" (Visine makes one). Also, you can use artificial tears and lubricating drops. do not scratch...your eyes are like any other itch, the more you scratch the worse the itch will become.
