It could be a start of a cateract. You are best to see an optometrist as soon as possible to get them cut out, otherwise it will be too late and you will lose vision in your eye. |

They're harmless. I know they are referred to as "floaters" and it's just material trapped in the fluid of your eye. Everyone has it. |

it's floaters alright. it's kinda wierd since you keep getting them at this age. but if it has been like this for a long time it should not by significant. however, if it is a sudden dramatic onset i suggest you go have an eye check |

I think it's eye goop. I get it too. It's kinda gross and irritating. I use cotton swabs to take them out if I can't get it out. It sticks really well to them. Sorry if this sounds gross. |

Never Never Never put your fingers or finger nails in your eyes!! Thats a great way to get an eye infection for sure. First wash your hands and than wash your face and try and get a eye wash solution it will work. That can only be eye mucous like when sleep gets in your eyes. ewww lol no seriously get some eye wash and rinse your eyes well. You might want to see your eye doctor to be sure theres nothing else going on with your eyes.. and remember keep the finger nails and the fingers out of your eyes!! ..good luck. |

They are called floaters and get more common as we age. They are not anything to worry about unless you start seeing bilinding flashes of light, which could mean problems with the retina. Just make sure you go for a check up with your opthalmologist(eye doctor) at least once a year. You will be glad you did. |

,, normal, but if there are a lot, could be a sign of retinal detachment , if you are truly worried go to an optometrist
EDIT: i'm of age 17 as well, and yes , i get them a lot too.
I hope it's nothing bad. |
