Hi i am 17, and i get colds very often. I usually get a cold every few weeks, but this time round, my flu wasnt even gone and i got a second one which is still lasting. My nose is always blocked and especially during the first few days, i cant even breathe properly. I dont think this is normal. Any ideas?
It sounds like you may have sinus problems, or allergies. Symtoms occur very frequent, and they are like cold symtoms. You should see your doctor. He may keep you on a decongestant for awhile which will elivate these chronic symtoms. Also you should take a good multi-vitamin every day, to keep your resistance up. Hope your feelijng better, and see your doc soon. Don't forget to get those vitamins. Centrum is a very good one.
