Worried if I have mouth herpes?

Okay my sores dont look like the average red. they look pink or the same colour as my lips which is sorta redish dark pink mainly. So yeah it looks like a grooth like its like a raised lil bumpy thing. It's been over a week its slowly going away and is now flesh toned almost. sorta whitey and scabby atm. Oh p.s I wanna kiss a guy and tell him how i feel. YIKES. What should I do? P.s my past boyfriends havent gotten it.
