Anyways, in order to scare an online predator you need to stop being the prey and turn yourself into a predator too. Start stalking this person right back. Find out everything you can about this person, and make sure that they know what you are doing. Make sure that they know that you want them to know what you are doing.
It's all a mind game. It's not hard to win either since people like that are usually weak of mind and determination. Good luck and have fun messing with his mind.
