I've tried different brands of disposable contacts and my eyes still get really dried out and I've tried visine made for contacts. Are there any other options???...
does any one know what causes this and how i can make it stop? it doesn't hurt, but it is extremely irratating and distracting me at work....

I assume your eyes dry up but does the drying up cause any immediate or lasting damage?

In very little time, and painlessly, you will damage the MOST IMPORTANT part of your vision- your macula. You wont be able to see anything you look directly at- imagine trying to read road signs, look at faces, enjoy a book, watch tv... none of that.

wel just sun exposure (ex: just go outside on a snny day) will only weaken ur eyesight, thts y they say wear sunshades. But NEVER EVER EVER look directly into the sun, u can get blind.

eventually they will go blind. have you ever just stared at the sun just for a glimpse? you might see a black dot. if you stare at the sun too long, you will go blind. no color change will happen
