I don't know which of the Osborne family has HIV because I'm not a member of the Osborne family or part of their group of friends in any way. It's not my business to know who has HIV and who doesn't and I think they would probably prefer it if they were left alone to deal with what must be difficult and upsetting news for them.
I'm sure they will have told everybody who has an actual need to know.
