If you do it once, it likely won't do anything as long as you aren't drinking alcohol at the time and you liver is healthy. The problem is, you don't know if your liver is healthy without a test, so be careful.
And don't drink while taking it. Alcohol and tylenol (same thing) have a duel effect on the liver that will cause toxicity and possibly land you in the hospital if you are taking 2000mg at a time.
And my answer is based on ONE TIME!! If you do it twice, you increase the damage done to your liver, and then the third time... ya never know.
And again, that's assuming you had a top notch liver in the first place. Please be careful. You don't need 4 tylenol
