can mixing stress b-complex plus b-100 be too much taken together?
Why would you want to take another B-complex alongside a super strength B-100?........the latter being the B complex of the highest potency you can get in the UK. No i don't think it is a good idea. Also, it might be better to take B-50 twice a day, about 12 hours apart rather than a B-100.....unless the B-100 is of a time release formulation. You didn't say what strength the "stress b-complex" is. If it was weak [like the strength of a brewer's yeast for instance] and you took it several hours away from the B-100 it might not be a problem.....but i don't think you would gain any benefit.
