Mine did. By the time it was diagnosed it was in my spine. I have been told it will never be cured once it has spread this far . Always is a big word ... not sure I agree with it.

Where ever they discover where the cancer is. From there it just spreads if you dont treat it.Sometimes you dont even know you have it and its eating everything inside.

Cancer can and does spread from anywhere to anywhere.
Lung cancer spreading to the bones is more common than bone cancer spreading to the lungs.
But then, thanks to smokers, lung cancer is far more common than bone cancer as a primary cancer site.
