Some food actually lower blood sugar when eaten.
Blueberries are one of them. Cinnamon is another. Jerusalem Artichoke is another.
There are several that you would think would raise blood sugar levels, but they actually can drop them.
None of them is a cure for overeating or eating the wrong things.
You can lower blood sugar levels simply by doing 2 things: drink 1 quart of water (1L) and walk for 30 consecutive minutes at a brisk pace.
I dropped my spike 100 points by doing just that.
