2 weeks and 3 days ago, I fell off a bike and got a cut. I went to the doctor's during the first week and he applied some kind of cream and covered it with a band-aid. During the first week, I covered it with a band-aid most of the time. I would clean it with alcohol pads and apply neosporin onto the band-aid before covering it. Now I'm just letting it air as much as possible and covering it with neosporin,tape, and gauze pads.

This does appear to be Infected and as such should be looked at by your doctor. |

Yes it sounds like an infection. See the doctor about it as soon as possible, even if you have to go to a walk-in clinic. You don't want to develop blood poisoning. |
