Get a good sleep. If it does not help, see a doctor. If there is no known trauma, try Chinese accupuncture or massage. |

Very seriously, you need to visit a doctor. There are many things that can cause this & none of them good. When it comes down to it, the doctor is going to have to determine what the problem is &, only then, will he or she be able to do something to help you.
I don't want to scare you but the ringing sensations can actually signal something very serious so you shouldn't take it lightly...
