You don't have to if it has sentimental value =) like losing a tooth with it while brushing hahaha but most toothbrush ads tell you ur supposed to dispose of them every 3 months.. =) |

every 3 months OR after you have been SICK to prevent yourself from reinfecting yourself.
If you keep several family members toothbrushes in an area where they touch, then I would throw them all out and get new ones and keep the sick person's new toothbrush AWAY from the other ones.

your tooth brush every 3 months if you are brushing more than
twice daily then even sooner Please don't breath on me |

Bacteria grows fast in those things and the bristles get hard which is tough on the gums. |
