Ive been going to the gym for quite awhile now and some to find out, Im not NEARLY as overweight as you would think. I am 140 pounds of Lean Muscle Mass. Meaning minus the fat, I weigh 140 pounds. Women are allowed to have 26% body fat before they are considered overweight. So, if you are concerned about being overweight stop by any gym and they will measure you. You may just be suprised

I'm 5'2" and weigh 145 lbs. I used to weigh 150, but have been exercising a lot lately, most of my weight is muscle though, and muscle tends to weigh more then fat. If you are concerned you weigh to much, then just start exercising, stay healthy. Staying healthy is essential for your baby's health. And being pregnant may have a lot to do with how much you weigh, you can still exercise while you are pregnant, just go for walks, eat healthy. You'll be alright, 175 is not bad, especially since you are pregnant.
