So far, I've only had breakfast. I had two eggs cooked over easy, banana cut up into pieces and whole wheat bread toasted. No butter on my bread because I dipped my bread in the egg yoke. Plus I had a glass of milk. I had a nice healthy and nutritious breakfast!! |

I had a flat iron steak, turnip greens with turnip roots cooked together with butter and coconut oil, 4 layered salad ( lettuce,peas,carrots,cheese with sour cream dressing, water. I am now finishing up a homemade, coconut milk,berry smoothy. |

Nothing for breakfast. I usually skip this meal except, occasionally, on weekends. A small dish of spaghetti with olive oil and sun dried tomatoes and Irish stew for lunch (around 250 grammes) with Ceylon tea. For dinner I may eat a ham and cheese sandwich. |

Breakfast-Special K protien cereal, skim milk, banana, mini whole wheat bagel with peanut butter, bottle of water, multivitamin
Snack- Apple, 2 jolly rancher lollipops, mini hershey bar
Lunch- Whole grain tort, 2 eggbeaters, salsa, jalapeno's, vanilla yogurt, bottle of water and handful of frozen grapes
Snack- jolly rancher lollipop, mini hershey bar
Dinner- talipia with cheese, jalapeno's, sauteed mushrooms, green beans and bottle of water
After Workout Snack- bowl of cheerios, blueberries, skim milk, frozen grapes and bottle of water
and had about 3 more bottles of water so far! |

Lunch: Rice, lamb curry, a vegetable samosa and fruit salad. Water
Dinner: a tuna and sweetcorn sandwhich. A milky desert that was really sweet and a fried egg. |

I have eaten 1 beef sandwich on whole grain seeded bread (1 slice) for lunch.
I have eaten Fishermans Pie for tea.

Breakfast: Kashi Go Lean! Crunch and vanilla soy milk
Lunch: Iceburg lettuce salad (not the best, but there are worse things), a slice of whole wheat bread with some Smart Balance, a natural peanut butter and all natural apple butter sandwhich on whole wheat
Snack: Orange juice and frozen blackberries
Dinner: My husband is making whole grain waffles with pumpkin and apple sauce in lieu of the oil and eggs. With it we'll have some of the aforementioned Smart Balance, real maple syrup (as opposed to false maple flavored high fructose corn syrup), and some all natural pumpkin butter. Later, when i want a snack, I'll steam some veggies, probably broccoli and spinach.
Of course, plenty of water. |
