People have a choice. They can choose to get no mail or agree to get mail which includes junk mail. They can throw it away. Just ignore anything you have no interest in. Your computer contains lots of strange symbols also like √ß∑©˚ˆ…†øπ®ç˜µ˚åß∂¡¢¶º§∞. |

I would love to know how you are going to get rid of the Internet? The World Wide Web is a plethora of loosely connected, diverse computers all over...
...you guessed it! The WORLD. That's what www stands for.
It is probably a refurbished PC. So if it's not a popup then You got dirty JPEGS on your hard drive. Plug in your floppy drive and enjoy! |

Did you buy the laptop from new, or was it second hand. If the latter I think you will have the answer as to why you have these images on your machine. Other than that ask your dad whether he has been using your laptop!
And follow the advice given to you by others on here.
Good luck! |

Lol!
Its a scam. You have ABSOLUTELY NO ADULT IMAGES on your computer that a popup will find! Ha!
Someone is trying to spread a proggy that, by the sounds of it, will format your HD or even worse, steal important info.
Never download anything that you do not know of its origin. Only download if you are absolutely 100% sure that it is from a trusted source.
Also, never visit a website because someone tells you to via e-mail or YA or anywhere else unless again it is a trustworthy friend. Even with e-mails from friends, make sure first. they can have a virus that e-mails everyone in their address book.
Dont worry about this. Just be on your guard and take the time to learn the advice given about internet safety. If you stop using the internet, you are the loser really. It is a great source of information adn entertainment as well as the worlds largest shopping mall. |

Maybe you got spyware when you vistited some other website, which is now sending you spam. You should be carefull, because some spam messages like this get worse if you open the mail or click on the pop-up.
But you probably got the spam from your online bingo website.
You can install programs like "Adaware", "Spamguard" or "ZoneAlert". |

Do you have virus software installed? You should have some sort of internet firewall to help prevent spam and viruses. You can download several spyware remover programs that will help delete potential files and registry entries that may be harmful to your PC. Also, don't use Internet Explorer. Download something like Mozilla as a browser as its safer. |

they are trying to sell something. Don't worry about it. Do your regular virus scan and defrag once in a while. |

It is a trick to get you to download their software then they will send you spam. Dont worry. They say things like that as they know people dont like the idea of having such images on their computers. Many will download the software even though they know they have never visited such sites.
You are quite safe just ignore it. |

Chances are that what they are suggesting you download IS a virus. At the very least, it's spyware. What you got is called a pop up. Ignore it and forget it. You might want to see about getting a good spyware, virus and pop up blocker. |
