Yes but you only have 2 hours after the exposure to start prophylaxsis thearpy. The down side is, is it makes you feel very sick, and the therapy I think is 6 weeks long.

Yes there is a treatment regimen that lasts for several weeks after you come into contact with HIV tainted blood or are raped by someone that might have been HIV positive.
It is unclear as to how effective the treatment is but when your dealing with HIV your best bet is to take the treatment and hope it works.
And yes it can make you feel like sh!t for the duration of the treatments.
