Please have someone DRIVE you to a doctors...tonite if it continues or asap tomorrow....it could be diabetes, a TIA which is a transient ischemic attack...the first step to a stroke, and anyone at any age can get it...high blood pressure is a pretty good bet, you can be dehydrated...if you pinch the skin on you hand does it still stand up for awhile? if so you are dehydrated. Don't think dizziness is nothing to worry about, sorry to say but it is and is a symptom of something that could potentially be very serious...please see a doctor right away and good luck to you.
