There is nothing you can do for the Flu. Take ibuprofen for the fever and aches and pains and wait it out. Get a friend to go to the store for you to get your favorite foods. You need to eat and all but your favorites will be unpalatable. If it is the Flu it is going to last about 7 days so be ready for that. Sorry and good luck.
