It is probably a kidney infection or urinary tract infection (if you have a constant "gotta go" feeling even when you don't have to urinate). I don't know much on the subject but I know that usually that is what makes your lower back ache. I would go to the doctor just to check it out. You don't want to take any chances with one kidney.
