According to the charts, if you're a small frame, you are a little, if you're medium or large frame, you are in the normal range. But honestly, no matter your frame, if you're exercising regularly, it really doesn't matter. You're not done growing yet. I wouldn't worry about it. |

Anything over 25 for your height and weight is considered overweight.

I don't think that's overweight in the least.
In fact, it makes me sad that someone your age is worrying about something like that so early on. I know that health is an important thing--however, a specific number on the scale does not necessarily constitute obesity. Just remember (if you're comparing yourself to other people, especially) that everyone's body type is different. Therefore, there will be other girls your height and age who may weigh much less who would be considered "normal" for their own body type. And likewise, doctors may also consider you "normal" for your own body type.
Bottom line: you're beautiful the way you are. |
