That's pretty much impossible if you don't want to cut off a limb. 10lbs. maybe, but not 20. And losing 10 lbs. in two weeks might even be losing too fast. Eat right, exercise, drink water.

there is no miracle pill or fad diet to lose that much weight that fast, it's unhealthy
just try eating breakfast dieting and exercising

thats probably going to be hard, but i wouldn't say its impossible. it probably depends on your weight now and your habits. the more better in shape you are in, the harder it is to shed more weight. just remember to keep eating healthily and stick to a good workout plan.

for one day keep track of how many calories u eat, then just eat about 500 less then that. If ur matabalism is slow, then eat even less.

You proly will not be able to lose 20 in two weeks however 10 can be done!
I would get a hard core cardio workout goin' for 1.
Then you should focus on cutting out carbs
Lower ur calories to around 1000-1500 a day.
Make sure you get lots of veggies, and lean fruit!
Stay away from breads and if you have to have fruit have small amountsof it because it has a lot of sugar!

If you stopped eating, maybe. But otherwise thats too much weight to try to lose all at once. You could probably lose 5 lbs in 2 weeks. But the best thing to do is eat less, eat healthy, drink lots of water, and exercise. Seriously if you do those things you will lose weight.

There is no healthy way to lose that much weight in such a short time. That being said, it goes without saying that starving yourself is the fastest way to lose weight. I'd shoot for something more like losing 15 pounds in four months. Much healthier.

you CAN lost 10-20 lbs in 2 weeks but it wont be fat. you'll be losing excess water your body is holding. if you want to lose FAT & be healthy ... its not possible. but you can lose weight fast if you stay away from starches or limit your intake and drink nothing but distilled water. drink water all day long it will flush out your body and you'll be able to lose fat quicker. i lost 17 lbs (all fat) already and its been a month of doing this.

that much won't happen in two weeks, but over 80% of weight loss is diet change, that's for sure!

i lost 12 in 3 weeks with moderate exercise and a serious diet change. this is what i did...

the first week, i exercised for 30 minutes a day. i did elliptical for 15 min, treadmill for 15, and 12 reps four ways with weights for the arms. not a great exercise, but it's a good cardio workout, which gets your heart pumping, the blood flowing, and the endorphines kickin'.

do at least 15 minutes of an activity a week. go for a walk! walk the dog! play catch outside! jogging, swimming, anything! your body loves to get moving. i like to play badminton a couple times a week. =)

but the diet is the most important thing.

STAY AWAY from fried foods. it's hard at first, but keep the fries away. DO NOT drink soda, even if it's diet. look at fruit juice nutrition labels--high fructose corn syrup is bad for you, and some juices have such an unbelievably high level of sugar in there. avoid that!

what you can do: eat at least two pieces of fruit a day, have as many veggies as possible (potatoes are not a "great" veggie!). cut down on red meat; in fact, meat portions should be no bigger than the palm of your hand. eat grain bread and brown rice (not white!).

but it's not all horrible; allow yourself ONE "bad" meal a week. just be sure to exercise a couple hours (or the next day if it's dinner) later just to get it all out of the system, and drink plenty of water afterwards!

the big kicker: at least 64 oz of water a day. that's 8 8-oz glasses. get a nalgene, or a water bottle that have measures on it. i have a 32-oz one; i drink two of it in one day and it's great. it cleanses out toxins and keeps your body hydrated. think of your body like a car--you need to put fluids in there (oil, brake, antifreeze, etc!) so it runs smoothly! your body is the same way!

Be realistic and lose weight the right way. Don't end up killing yourself to look a little better in a bikini in the Bahamas. Guys need a woman thats not made of twigs.

Hey!! I can totally help you with this. It will be really hard though, so you got to be strong. I lost 5 pounds in 2 days. Its kind of unhealthy, but I got on the scale and was surprised by the number I saw. So I went out and bought Kellogg's Special K 90 calorie bars and Slim Fast Optima bars that are 220 calories. Also you don't have to eat both of those at the same time or day. Vegetables are good to, but check the calories you can check the calories on frozen vegetables that you get at the store. I usually go walk/run, I do both. I will run around the block and then walk for awhile. I walk from
6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. I try to walk as fast as I can. I think that others say it is unhealthy to go below 1000 calories a day, but I already do and like I said I already lost 5 pounds in only 2 days. I have pedometer that tells me how many steps I've taken, the distance I walked, the calories I burned, and it helps me keep track of time. I recommend getting a pedometer. I am only 15, but I struggle with my weight, so I am doing something about it, I should go ahead and tell you just in case you want to try this it is hard to get over the hunger at first, but you have to have strong will power. You can go to google and type in a question to find out how many calories your body burns naturally I forgot the website I was at when I did mine. Try not to go over 900 calories even if you feel hungry.

people training for wrestling or fighting matches can do this, so it can be done. You need to make sure you are getting enough protein and nutrients, and also water to keep hydrated. You need to exercise at least twice per day. This will keep your metabolism up 24 hours a day. You need aerobic and weight training exercises, and a variety so you don't injure yourself doing the same exact thing (like running on a treadmill 2 hours a day). My friend went on MediFast at the hospital and has lost 45 pounds in just a few weeks, maybe 5 or 6 weeks. It's basically cutting her down to 800 calories a day, but supervised by a doctor.

If you do all of these things together - reduce calories a lot, exercise a lot, get a good night's sleep, and drink water...you can make a signifcant weight loss in 2 weeks.

to tell you the truth, you cant. the most i lost in a week was 6 pounds. i did that by running 6 miles. 3 miles up and 3 miles down. walking/jogging
