Burn more calories everyday. It sounds simple but it works. Most people do not know how to calculate this. The basic formula is Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity.
Click here for a good example of what to eat:

The current issue of "Muscle and Fitness" magazine has some excellent Ab workout routines that won't get you bored.
Remember, diet and exercise is best for lasting weight loss. |

You could lose 5 to 20 pounds in an hour at home. Maybe that is what you are missing. Ask anyone if this is possible and they will tell you it cannot be done. But as soon as you tell them how, they agree that will work. Enema.
First it is not totally your fault that you are overweight since our society's way of eating that is making people fat is a pandemic (epidemic) that is getting worse. Atlantic Monthly magazine says that it has just become the #1 health problem in the world replacing hunger and infectious disease.
So you need to take the time to read everything on the site below under "exercise" and "diet" to re-learn everything over again. Do this and you can become thin. Do this not and you will still have what you have now.
You will learn about fastest ways to lose weight (enemas and fasting), how to flatten your belly before an event (losing 5 to 20 pounds) and slower ways to lose bodyfat, retained water and a 3rd thing. Pick what is most appropriate for you. |

I do a little circuit training on my abs. It seems to work the best and only takes about 10 minutes
-I do 20 sit-ups with a 4lb medicine ball. I don't have anything supporting my feet, so that way I focus on using my abs to lift myself.
-Then, I lay on my back with my legs straight out and my ankles lifted about 6" off the ground. I put my hands under my butt and do about 10-15 crunches this way.
-Next, I use the hanging ab machine, I do them CORRECTLY and I do about 10.
-Last, I do about 15-20 situps using an exercise ball.
I do 3 sets of these everytime I work out.
I use to just do situps with a medicine ball...but it wasn't quite working out for me.
I started seeing my abs improve in less than a week with what I do now. |

Running is good but it doesn't help with your belly. You need to go to the gym to work the correct muscles. They can prepare a program for you! |

for some people its just not in their gene's to have flat tummy's, but try adding some crunches or pilates to your workouts to build some abs. Make sure ur drinking enough water and getting enough sleep, both of those sometimes cause you to retain a little weight. |
