number one you need to check your BMI that could be 145 lbs of muscle or 145lbs of fat

number two i dont understand why everyone asks these questions. just eat right and excercise and stop worrying about your weight its just a number if your healthy and feel great who cares?

But don't be stick on how much you should be!
being healthy is what you should be preoccupied with.

5'10 is pretty tall to begin with
and 145lbs. is pretty small too.
So as the chart would show your small for your measurements!
You could stand to gain weight. (that's a complement :D)

The number on the scale is of no importance as long as you are an active healthy person who takes good care of yourself. If you live a balanced life you should be able to maintain your ideal weight where you feel the most comfortable physically and mentally. This is so individual and it's almost impossible to match your weight and BMI to the 'recommended' statistics. Very few fall into the 'norm' outlined in these documents. Go have a full physical once a year, let that be the one time that you get weighed and fully checked out however if you develop health /weight issues that concern you make sure you check in with your MD as soon as you can. Don't let your weight run your life, obsessing over this can be dangerous to your physical and mental health.

No way. You're probably thin. I'm 5'0" and weigh 101 lbs. so you do the math. We probably have the same bmi.

I'm 5'3" and weigh 145. But I'm not fat and I'm happy with how I look. I'm not super skinny and I have a roll when I sit down but I'm beautiful and my husband thinks I'm hot!

honestly i think your all set, ive met girls that are a bit shorter than you and that weight and they weren't overweight. i dont think you should worry about it.

NO. I am 5 4 and just recently was 145 lbs before I lost 20 pounds. But when I was 145 lbs, I was a little chubby but still looked good. That is a PERFECT weight for someone your height.
