At 5'7 the ideal weight for a female is 135 lbs and for a male 149 lbs so you are probably a bit on the light side.

im 5'7 and heavier and people say im really skinny chill out ur nto fat and that size is even a little 2 small 4 ur size(doctor said so) if u think ur fat exercise and eat healthy cuz itll make u fell skinny losing weight is ok i guess but excersing will give u dat feeling of i dunno being healthy |

Omg your the Exact perfect size your tall, your skinny but not too skinny..I want that. Im around 140 pound, man...I have big bones, but I dont think im huge. Man You are skinner then you think. Don't worry. you have a perfect body. but to be on the safe side, eat fruit and veggies more, exercise at least once a day for at least 30 mins, and your all set. :)
You dont want to be too skinny. It looks Digusting trust me. eewww. Skin and bones are bad, have some meat in your body, plz.
If you unconfident with yourself, stand infront in the mirror and put on your best clothes and say to your self, "im beautiful" It really helps me. ahha. I think im gorgious.

o..m...g...your not fat. People that are that tall should at least weigh 130 (in my opinion) dont listen to what all the doctors and "specialists" say about a normal weight just be happy and helthy and screw the normal weight! |

Peoples' choice ideal weight for male is at 136 lbs; while for female is 126 lbs.
Medical recommendation (for both male and female): 121 lbs - 160 lbs. This recommendation is based on a Body Mass Index (BMI) range of 19-25. (at 125 lbs, you're BMI is 19.6)
