hi can any1 help me im awaiting some compensation for my mum she fell from a bus and whacked her knee n had to go in hospital for a knee replacement anyway she died bless as the knee they put in had sepicimia and well im in the process of sueing the bus company and the hospital any1 have any advice for me xx
My advice would be for you to get a new solicitor if you have to ask us lot for advice!!!!

If a first aider or doctor treated your mam when she fell from the bus get them to be a witness in court also , it will be good evidence then on your part.

sorry to hear of your loss ,i do suggest you find yourself a very good solicitor to get good advice about this you should be able to get the bus company to pay all your fees

hi,so sorry to hear about your mum,no amount of money can make up for your loss,but it helps to channel the grief you must be feeling at this time.make time to heal and to go through the grief process,its important to grieve,sorry i don't have any tips on suing but in her memory its important.best of luck to you.

Sorry to hear about your mum. Well you can't really sue the bus company unless they gave her reason to fall. But you can sue the hospital. I don't have any good advice for you because I don't know anything about the law & compensation but if you go to the CAB they may be able to help more than what we can do here!

I am so so sorry.
The only thing I can say is it is going to take some time. I just broke my back in a terrible accident. It will most likely take almost two years before I see anything. It just takes a long time, the insurance companies have found that the longer they take the easier it is to give you less, because they wear you down. Keep this in mind so you have your guard up here. I feel for you, and you will be in my prayers. Once again I am so sorry for your loss. I wish I could be of more help.
