I have been having 2.5 hour soccer workouts 6 days a week, and my muscles really hurt. What foods will help?
stay away from milk but keep eating other protiens. drink alot of nutrient filled energy drinks and take a multivitamin, also utilize a sauna or hot tub to help keep from lactic acid buildup

eating a healthy diet of veggies and fruits along with protein should help. taking vitamins, not supplements and drink lots of water! you hurt because you're sore along with that you are probally gaining muscle. it goes along with any good workout. soon, it won't be as difficult and your body will get used tto it.

You may want to look into some vitamins, just to help your bones. try drinking tea at night it will help relax you and by you relaxing so should the muscles, also try taking a hot shower or bath and then rubbing yourself down with lotion it will help relax the muscles and you will be less tense

Unfortunately, it will not help your sore muscles. For that, you need to start with icing it, then move to heat, and take some ibruprofen.
