You might want to investigate holistic/natural treatments for your problem, rather than relying on drugs that ALL have unwanted "side" effects. With some research you can find alternatives to what conventional medicine has to offer that can actually cure your condition, not just suppress symptoms or give you other symptoms that are just as bad or worse.

Your symptoms coincide with common side effects of this drug. Stop taking it (it is safe to do so) and keep your doctor's appointment. Sometime side effects dissipate after a few days.
It is really not necessary to "go to the nearest hospital" as this will end up costing you a bundle only to be told to stop taking the medicine and keep your doctor's appointment.
Thenoseknows - why don't you share your knowledge with us instead of repeating the Alternative catchphrase of "we know the CURE..." PLease enlighten us all - what is the CURE for Crohn's disease? Or is it a big secret?
Oh - and as we all know - "natural" medicines NEVER have ANY side effects, do they?

1st Stop taking the medication.
2nd drink a lot of water
3rd go to the nearest hospital. Don't wait til Monday

Stop the tablets temporarily and check your kidney function tests and liver function tests. If they are normal, loss of appetite is a common side reaction for sulphasalazine.
