Diabetes question (im 14)?
Ok so the past month i have had this horrible urge to pee. I went and got it checked and had a urine test done and they found no infetion or sugar in my urine. (This was 4 or so weeks ago). My ? is isnt that what makes you have to go to the bathroom if you are getting diabetes ?? if you have sugar in your urine?? Also this is the only symptom i have had (no blurry eyes, or tiredness, or hungry, or weight loss , just this). Also i read in most cases diabetes ocurs within a couple of weeks and this has been going on for more than a month! Please answer with good answers.
I'm 14 too and have had diabetes for five years. If there's no sugar in your urinE you can't be diabetic. Mayb it's like a bladder infection or something. But no worries no sugar pee=no diabetes. Ur good. Best of luck!

The only time I have sugar in mines in which I always do is hen my sugar is high, I have lost the will to even take care of my Diabetes so I urinate about every 15 minutes, and I have lost half my vision... they only thing I can think is a UTI, my sis is 12 and I remember she kept peeing in the bed and all and come to find out this was it, then like a week later found out half her school had this : /
Maybe you should check back and let them know your still having tha problem GL : )

I have diabetes and do not have sugar in my urine, unless my blood sugars exceed 160.
As long as I keep them as close to normal as I can, I don't have sugar in my urine.
You might have a kidney problem or perhaps too much/too little salt consumption, or just a lot of caffeine consumption.

ok if there was no sugar in your urine then you can't have diabetes. its just not possible so you can calm down and try not to drink so much. you might just have a bladder problem
