What did i do to my leg ?
Last night, in the middle of the night I woke up with extreme pain in my leg, so bad that i was crying. It was out of no where. When I woke up this morning and got out of my bed i couldnt walk with my left leg. bu within a few minutes the pain went away. but would hurt if i walked for an extended period of time, everytime i sit down for like even five minutes, or longer. when i get up i can not walk on that leg because it hurts so bad. The pain is in like my calf muscle and a little below.
i dont remember hurting it, and why did it come out of no where ?

There could be various explanations for this. You might have a bruised bone which hurts at various times depending on the things you do. It could also be the fact that your getting cramps which is a sign that your muscles are developing. These are just some of things but you should get it checked out just in case.
